Academy ONE is the retail skills shop for the Liverpool City Region located within Liverpool ONE. Supported by the National Skills Academy for Retail, Academy ONE provides high quality training for the retail sector, offering a range of different programmes to suit all individual and employer needs.

Retail is a dynamic and fast paced environment with many different avenues to explore. Our programmes are structured so that staff can achieve recognition for general Retail Sales roles or specialising roles such as Beauty Consultant, Stock Movement Assistants, Fashion Stylist or Visual Merchandiser, allowing them to gain technical knowledge whilst building their confidence and enthusiasm in the workplace.
